A few highlights from my week.....

This has been a busy week but a great week. It started out with Emily going to the doctor & finding out she has "walking pneumonia" and she has been in bed all week. I am glad she is beginning to feel better today! We also had dinner in the home of some friends. It was delicious, and we enjoyed being with their sweet family.

The "Women of Hope" began our Bible study, Believing God on Wednesday & Thursday of this week. It is Wednesday from 6-8pm at Camper Village & on Thursday from 10-12noon at Stacey Brookins home. We are offering the same study just at two different times during the week. On Wednesday evening we had about 50 women and on Thursday morning we had about 20 women. Each time brought a great mix of women desiring to grow in their relationship with Christ. To wrestle with questions like......Do I Believe God or merely Believe in Him? How is my life bearing "much fruit" for my Father's glory showing that we are His disciples? (John15:8) Is my belief system working or are we just getting by?

John 10:10 - "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." I love this verse because it tells me that there is Jesus came not just to give us life but to give it fullness & blessing not just to exist & hold on till heaven.

I love this quote that was shared with me - "Our life is a display of what we believe about God." I am so excited about this 11 week journey that we will go on as women discovering what it means to truly Believe God not just believe in Him.

Another exciting part of my week is today.....Katie & I are in Orlando for a swim meet with YMCA swim team. She was competing on Friday night & then all day on Saturday. We decided to leave a little early so we could spend a little mommy-Katie time. We are having so much fun.

We found the Florida Mall......so cool:) We loved the Roxy store & the giant M&M store where Katie picked out lime green, turquoise & pink peanut m&m's. They are so good:)!

This is Katie with Brianne & Susanne from the swim team. Katie broke a personal record in the 500 freestyle tonight!

We miss Daddy & Emily but we know they are also getting to spend time together. See you when we get home...love you & we found our favorite south Florida soda - Guarna!!
